CUSTOMIZED ARTWORK for your apparel or products may be achieved in two easy ways. Easy Prints or ClipArt – either option comes with an online graphics artwork approval before any order is processed
- Easy Prints offers a number of ready-to-customize art templates, perfect for sports or work uniforms, schools, professional and everyday wear.
- CLIPART provides an array of graphic designs ready to be customized for any company, team or individual.
Once you find the right template or graphic, our in-house art department will consult with you to determine the right size, color and style to turn it into the perfect design fit for t-shirts, hats, bags, jackets, and more.

SCREEN PRINTING ARTWORK SUPPLIED GUIDELINES:
For best results please provide NC Logowear.com with camera-ready art. You may also email your art to us, please supply a PDF file for viewing.
If you will be supplying digital files for your design, they must fall within the guidelines listed below for us to use them successfully. Please attach a paper print-out of all files to be used if they are supplied on disk and mailed in. This helps to ensure that all files are retrieved from the disk successfully.
VECTOR- ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS2 or earlier (.eps, .ai, CS2 produced .pdf)
This format is recomended for 1 or more spot colors
1. Must be in vector format
2. All text must be turned to outlines
3. All placed images must be included or embedded
4. All placed or embedded images must be at a quality resolution:
(300dpi or above at the printed size)
5. All colors in design should be in spot colors NOT CMYK or RGB
RASTER- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS2 or earlier (.psd)
This format is recomended for multi-color process and requires separations
1. Art must be created at printed size ( original art file ) & at a quality resolution:
(300dpi or above at the printed size)
2. All text layers must be rendered.
3. All layers should be in tact (NOT FLATTENED)
4. Color format should be RGB
UNUSABLE FILE FORMATS:
Artwork created in Microsoft Word .doc files and any word processing files. Microsoft Powerpoint .ppt files, Microsoft Word, or Corel Wordperfect. JPEG (.jpg), TIFF (.tif), GIF (.gif), BMP (.bmp). The original file needs be (original design file ) at a resolution of 300 ppi and at the size you want them printed. If they contain more than one color, they will need to be separated. Designs with multiple scanned images, ideally should be supplied as separate scans and not compressed into one. More then often these files can not be used and Art must be re-created.
